How much space do you need?+

Our standard setup requires approximately 10' × 10' of floor space, plus about 3' of clearance on all sides for access. We can work with slightly smaller spaces — just let us know your venue dimensions and we'll make it work.

How long does setup and teardown take?+

Setup takes about 60–90 minutes, and teardown is around 45 minutes. We always arrive well before your event starts so everything is ready to go when your guests arrive.

Can we customize the ball colors?+

Absolutely! Every booking includes custom ball colors. We can match your wedding palette, brand colors, or any theme you have in mind. We have over 20 color options available.

How do guests get their photos?+

Every guest gets their photos printed on the spot — beautiful, high-quality prints they take home as a keepsake. Guests also enter their email at our sharing station and receive all their photos digitally within minutes. No waiting, no hassle.

Is it safe for formal attire? Gowns, suits, heels?+

100%. Our balls are made from premium, smooth plastic that won't snag fabrics. We've had brides in full gowns, guests in designer suits, and everyone in between. Our attendant is always there to help people in and out gracefully. The pit is also kept impeccably clean between events.
